Just EVOO, operated by Arbucas LLC, currently ships orders within the United States.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.00
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $50.00 or more
  • Express Shipping: $18.00

Shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Processing times are separate from carrier transit times.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier operations, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in reviewing the shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

Please retain the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or other delivery issue may be subject to additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Changes to Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, delivery methods, and free-shipping thresholds may be updated from time to time. The rates displayed at checkout at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
